Frequently asked questions
YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
Our company has always maintained high cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection standards, which meet or exceed established industry guidelines. With that strong foundation, we have introduced new enhancements that adhere to recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the New Jersey Department of Health.
Do I need to wear a face covering?
All guests must wear face coverings at all times. Guests who choose to dine outdoors may remove their masks once seated at their tables, however, are required to put their masks back on any time they get up from their table. Guests joining us indoors will be required to keep their masks on at all times aside from when physically eating or drinking. We will make accommodations for guests who cannot wear face coverings due to a medical condition.
Do you take reservations?
Reservations are not currently accepted. Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis for now.
What if there is a wait? Can I sit inside the restaurant or outside the restaurant on a bench or other structure?
If there is a wait, we ask you wait in your vehicle, or off-premise, until you receive a text message signifying that a table is ready. Then you may promptly proceed to the host stand to be seated. We want to avoid any unnecessary crowds inside or outside the restaurant.
Can I use the restroom?
Yes. Guests are permitted to use the restroom while following social distancing guidelines. We will be monitoring and limiting the number of people allowed into the building at once to ensure social distancing. All guests must wear face coverings at all times, except while seated at their table.
What if there is a storm? Can I sit inside?
In the event of inclement weather, guests dining outdoors will be offered a table inside the restaurant if available. If no tables inside are available, guests will be provided with their checks for prompt payment and containers for leftovers, then directed to their vehicles.
Can I dine inside the restaurant?
Yes! All locations are offering both indoor and outdoor dining at this time. When you arrive, the host will ask you if you prefer to eat inside or out.
How are you keeping the restaurant clean and safe?
• Across the restaurant, our company maintains high cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection standards, which meet or exceed established industry guidelines. Our teams rigorously clean public spaces several times daily.
•Single-use menus are being utilized. There will be only one placed each time a new table is sat, and it's yours to keep.
•Digital menus will be available for each table via a QR code, which can be scanned on any smartphone. Simply open up your camera app, move the QR code into view and tap on the link that appears.
•Condiments, sauces, salt and pepper will be available upon request. Any condiments used will be disinfected after each party departs the restaurant.
•We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations at each location.
•Guests must wear face coverings at all times, except while seated at their table.
•We have reduced capacity to allow for appropriate social distancing. Tables and chairs are spaced accordingly.
•We use signs, floor markings, and other announcements to remind guests of physical distancing requirements.
•We regularly remind guests and team members of health and hygiene and physical distancing requirements.
How are you keeping your team members safe?
•Team members have been thoroughly trained on the recommended precautionary steps from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and New Jersey Department of Health to inhibit the spread of germs.
•All employees must wear face coverings.
•Team members will wear gloves when handling used food service items (e.g., clearing tables) and when removing garbage bags and disposing of trash. Team members will wash their hands after removing their gloves.
•We have increased the number of hand sanitizing stations at each restaurant.
•All employees are given hourly breaks for proper handwashing, as well as after contact with guests.
•Every employee is temperature checked when they clock in to work every day. The temperatures are then recorded and kept on file. If any employee exhibits a high temperature or signs of a fever, they will not be permitted to work.
•Team members have been instructed and are regularly reminded to not report to work if they have COVID-19 symptoms or if they come into contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has a COVID-19 test pending result.
•Where possible, workspaces have been redesigned to enforce social distancing.
